We were there for 2 days, everything was perfect, appreciated its favourable and magnificent location really close to the center of Tam coc, and the train station. The room was large and huge with motorbikes for rent, shampoo and good WiFi...

My a double room had a seating area, a writing table, and ironing facilities. The staff was affable, I stayed for 3 nights;))

The location of this homestay was perfect for exploring the beautiful area of Tam Coc. We were able to easily rent bikes and explore the rice paddies and nature reserves nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the family was welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend this homestay for a wonderful stay in Tam Coc.

Our host was incredibly sweet and hospitable, offering to pick us up and always greeting us warmly. The location was perfect for exploring the area with bikes and motorbikes available for rental. The room was clean and spacious, and the family went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even cooked us vegan pancakes for breakfast. The homestay is in a great location for hiking and cycling, and they offer cheap laundry services. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed at a place with a garden and a balcony - so fancy! Free WiFi, too. Had breakfast every morning and even got to use the terrace. Nearest airport? Well, I can fly anywhere from here, darling!

stayed in Ninh Binh before, but Tam Coc Homestay really exceeded expectations. Warm, welcoming family made us feel at home. Bicycles in great condition for exploring, location perfect. Clean room, comfy beds. Can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at a cozy homestay in the heart of a beautiful area. The location was perfect for hiking and cycling, and we even rented bicycles from the host to explore the stunning rice paddies and bird natural reserve nearby. The family running the homestay was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, helping us with transportation and sightseeing recommendations. The breakfast was excellent, with delicious banana pancakes and great coffee. we highly recommend this homestay for a fantastic experience in this scenic area.

The homestay is centrally located in Tam Coc with a clean room and great view. Delicious breakfast and excellent standards. Will definitely return.
